Helping Jackson's Youth Maximize Their Education
The Jackson Legacy Student Success Structure will provide a continuum of support and coordination to assist students and families in understanding, accessing and utilizing support systems available in the school and community that will help each student achieve academic success and decrease barriers to learning so that they may be properly prepared for post-secondary education, and ultimately, to enter the work force.
One component of the Student Success Structure will be a Legacy Night Open House for parents and high school incoming freshmen and sophomores to inform them of the Jackson Legacy Program and the Student Success and college Access service; and to assist junior and senior level students with applications to Jackson Community College, Baker College and Spring Arbor University as well as online assistance for financial aid.
